THE ORACLE DIGITAL LLC provides self-knowledge and entertainment tools. Although the system uses theoretical and logical frameworks for the "Life Plan", it does NOT constitute psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Decisions made based on the "Scaffold" or AI responses are the sole responsibility of the user. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The Company reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms and your account data to any third party (including an acquirer) without your specific consent, provided notice is given. This ensures the Service can evolve or be sold without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Washington, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Washington.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other legal documents have been drafted in the English language. While we may provide translated versions for your convenience, the English language versions shall control in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English versions and any translated versions. All legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be conducted in English.
